THE BRAND
At Senmu Crafters, every design begins with roots—personal, cultural, and creative. Our name, Senmu
(森木), is inspired by the Chinese character æž—, our founder’s surname, meaning forest. By expanding æž— into its deeper components—森 (forest) and 木 (wood)—we honour the idea that even the most intricate creations are built from simple, timeless elements.

Much like a tree that draws strength from its roots and branches into the sky, we draw inspiration from Singapore’s rich heritage and transform it into light. We specialize in 3D-printed night lights that reflect iconic local motifs—from Peranakan tiles and shophouse windows to kampong scenes and nature-inspired forms—each telling a quiet story of place, memory, and identity.
